Peter John (“P.J.”) Lubas is a proud native Floridian. Originally from Central Florida, P.J. obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, with majors in political science and history, and a minor in business law. P.J. graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University in 2016, and began his legal career working as a clerk at a boutique law firm that took a community-centric approach to representing clients.
P.J.’s passion for assisting clients through difficult and challenging legal issues led him to Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. While attending law school, P.J. continued his work as a law clerk at a mid-sized Clearwater civil litigation firm, and as a clinical student providing pro bono representation to veterans before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. P.J. spent his final year of law school working as a law clerk at a Boca Raton personal injury firm, and as a teaching assistant for Stetson Law’s Veterans Advocacy Clinic. During his time in law school, P.J. developed an understanding of the great hurdles that many individuals face in receiving fair compensation for their injuries.
