Expect More.

Bill of Expectations

What More Can I Expect? Start with the little things:

Expect when you call our office your call will be handled immediately.

On the rare occasion when we must call you back, expect your call will be returned in a timely manner.

Expect when you meet with your attorney, he or she will be prepared and have the appropriate amount of knowledge about you, your case and the circumstances you are facing.

Expect your attorney and legal team to stay in regular contact with you. Why do this? Because we understand that a serious injury can have a different and often much more devastating impact on your life and your family’s lives as time goes on.

Expect us to care enough to treat you with compassion and respect – at all times.

Expect that you have adequate time to ask every question involving your case.

Expect that we take adequate time to fully answer each one.

Expect that we will be prepared to represent you when we reach the point of trial or negotiation.

When things get rough, and they may, expect to see us side by side with you, still here and still fighting.

You may think, “Isn’t this the least I should expect?” We couldn’t agree more.
